2. 掌握建筑、室內設計項目的專業知識，熟悉設計流程及運作流程
3. 具備業務洽談、市場開拓、招投標文件準備、合同談判、合同履行、合同收款、客戶關系維護等事務能力，具備一定的客戶資源優先
4. 極佳的協調溝通能力，能夠把握事務所立場，合理有效的和業主及其他合作方溝通
5. 熟練應用AutoCAD, PPT, Excel, Word等專業軟件
《設計實習生》
1. 建筑，環藝或相關專業本科在讀及以上學歷
2. 對設計充滿熱情，具備良好的方案設計能力和溝通能力
3. 熟練應用SU+Vray , Rhino , AutoCAD , PS , ID , AI 等專業軟件
4. 責任心與良好的團隊合作能力
5. 可以實習兩個月以上的學生

3. Being responsible for business contracts, contract negotiation, market development, preparation of bidding documents, contract negotiation, management and payment, customer relationship management, etc. Customer resources are preferred
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills; with an ability to accelerate the communication and efficiency between clients, collaborators, consultants, and partners
